Alle Chips are gone for good

Since the last three Updates all Chips (ipad version) are gone. The game is not playable anymore.
On my iphone i still have the old version and all chips are there (same player account).

I already tried to delete the app and reinstalled it and i tried the new facebook login. But it didnt help.

Please correct this bug, the game is useless right now!
